All orders can be picked up by appointment at one of our studios specified at checkout. An email will be sent when your order is ready in order to schedule a pickup time.
All orders in Israel will be shipped by a messenger to your door.
Orders arrive between 2-4 days from moment of delivery.

Return policy
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will happily offer you a different piece of jewelry of the same value, or store credit.
A monetary refund will be given within 2 business days of receiving your order. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price, or 100 NIS, (the lower between the two) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return of the item is the customer's responsibility. You may bring the item to one of our studios by appointment, or send the item by mail.
*Does not apply to custom jewelry or jewelry exceeding 3,000NIS
*Return shipping of jewelry to the store in case of return or exchange will be done at the Customer's expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
