All orders over $250 receive free express shipping.

Processing & Shipping
Due to the fact that our jewelry is handmade and made-to-order, please allow up to 21 days for processing. Once your order ships, it should arrive within 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

US customers: All prices displayed include any additional costs, such as US tariffs or customs fees, so you will not be charged anything extra when your order arrives.

International customers: You may be required to pay additional customs or tax fees upon arrival of you order according to your location.

Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, contact us immediately at collectionsignet@gmail.com. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund your item.
