Refund policy
We want you to love your 14K gold jewelry! If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from receiving your items to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging as well as a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
How to Return
To start a return, email us at collectionsignet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will instruct you on how to ship your item back.
Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping fees, courier charges, and tariffs/duties are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including custom/personalized jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and items showing wear or damage not caused by manufacturing.
Restocking Fee
Items over $500 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same rules: once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the replacement. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference minus any restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection, minus restocking fees (if applicable) and non-refundable costs. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
