We’re so happy you chose one of our pieces. Your jewelry comes with a one year warranty.

What’s included

• Ring resizing during the warranty period at no additional cost.
• Stone resetting: If a stone falls out and you still have it, we will reset it free of charge.
  If the stone is lost and its size is larger than 4 mm or 0.25 ct, please contact us for a price quote to replace and reset the stone.
• Complimentary rhodium plating on 14k white gold jewelry during the warranty period.

Please note
The warranty does not cover loss of the jewelry, breakage, tearing, or any repairs performed by anyone other than our studio.

You are always welcome to visit our studio by appointment for professional cleaning of your gold jewelry.

In all cases, returning the jewelry to the studio is the customer’s responsibility, either by shipping at the customer’s expense or by scheduling a visit in advance.
